The boom of the creative economy is coming.The creative industry shows fast developing trend.Creative talent,a major factor of the development of creative economy,has become the focus of attention.Now,the quantity and the quality have become decisive factors of the creative industry.While owing to the heterogeneity of the creative work,the needs of the workers are difficult to explicitly recognize,and their outcome and performance are hard to accurately meter,resulting in the bottleneck of the effective incentive and development of the creative workers in the development of the creative economy.This passage gives sums and reviews on the related theory about creative talents.It finds out that organizational climate plays an important role in the performance of the creative talents.While network embeddedness has gradually become an important factor which influences the creative activities of the talents with heterogeneity.Thus I conduct research into the related theory,establishing the relation mode of “organizational climate-network embeddedness-working performance”.Empirical study is employed with 230 examples of the creative workers.The structural equation model and the AMOS 21.0data analysis software are used after examining the assumption.The research shows that organizational climate can partially influence the performance of the talent workers;it also shows that network embeddedness can significantly improve the work performance especially in the mediating effect.In the passage,the author gives some suggestions on improving the way of the leadership communication,and some suggestions on improving the system of enterprise environment.It's also suggested that creating a good enterprise atmosphere and setting up an enterprise network platform to improve the performance of the creative workers.
