Research On Independent Innovation Strategy Of Huawei Technologies Co.,Ltd

When Huawei Technology Co.,Ltd.was established in 1987,it had only 6 employees and a registered capital of 20,000 yuan.Under the background of neither technology nor funds,it eventually grew to become the world's leading ICT(information and communication)infrastructure and smart terminal suppliers after more than 30 years of development.This is inseparable from its continuous implementation of the company's independent innovation strategy.Therefore,it is of great significance to study Huawei's independent innovation strategy,which has certain guidance and reference significance for other high-tech enterprises.This article studies the development process of Huawei's independent innovation,and uses PEST,SWOT,and Michael Porter's Five-Forces Model theory to make an in-depth analysis of the environment of Huawei's independent innovation strategy.I also clarify the goal of Huawei to become a world-class leading company and the concept of global open cooperation.In addition,I clarify the specific measures implemented by Huawei in terms of talent incentives,R&D investment,corporate culture,and organizational management,evaluate the effectiveness of Huawei's independent innovation strategy.To survive and develop in an increasingly competitive international environment,enterprises must learn to carry out strategic transformation according to their own specific reality and environment,and finally take the development path of independent innovation strategy,and continuously carry out technological innovation.At the same time,enterprises should choose the correct innovation strategy to implement the independent innovation strategy.Huawei's independent innovation strategy is not an isolated innovation in technology,but an independent innovation based on global network open cooperation which integrates manpower,technology,culture,management and incentive mechanisms into an organic whole.Finally,I hope that through the research of this thesis,we can carry out the selection and implementation of independent innovation strategies for China's high-tech enterprises,which can be helpful and enlightening.
