With the rapid development of our country’s economy, technology updates and changes with each passing day change, the emergence of the mobile Internet technology, changed the enterprise’s development direction and the way they operate, companies face the market competition intensifies, collectivization development, mergers and acquisitions happen frequently, such as price war have, with the constant change of market environment, the enterprise also is constantly adjust the strategic direction of future development. "SHIYE" magazine also chose the strategic innovation, in order to better development.Based on the "SHIYE" transformation development as a case study, the main application of strategic innovation theoretical framework, this study is divided into basic theory, case analysis, case studies and summarizes the four most: basic theory part, summarize and evaluate the mobile Internet technology under the change of strategic innovation theory research status; Case analysis part, mainly describe the “SHIYE” company present situation, analyzes the macro environment, analyses the internal environment; Case study part, to the transformation of "SHIYE" development strategy, in-depth analysis; Conclusion part, to "SHIYE" in the mobile Internet technology under the change of strategic innovation path was summarized, and tries to induce in the mobile Internet technology under the environmental change of print enterprise strategic transformation innovation effective path.The innovation points of this paper is using the realistic problems of the conflict, use theory to guide practice, in the practice of the theory of inductive research methods, induces mobile Internet technology is an effective means of strategic innovation: under the transformation of the media should first dig their own advantages, and in the strategic level transformation actively, layout in advance, to grasp the transformation of the best opportunities, and restructuring and transformation of target capacity matching team and update the management system, and then, based on market demand and their own advantages, introduce new technology to develop new products, to complete the transformation of traditional print media.
