Energy plays an important role in the strategy of sustainable development of world economy, along with rapid economic development in our country, the urgency and importance for development and utilization of coal-bed methane is increasingly emerging. As one of strategies of the national energy development, our government has taken various policies and measures to encourage the development of coal-bed methane industry. Under this background, the scale of coal-bed methane production can be expanded, but at the same time the competition that CBM enterprises are facing is more and more intense. And comparing with the importance of coal-bed methane development, the Chinese CBM industry has seriously lagged behind in the information collection, aggregation, monitoring and enterprise management, and it is discordant with the rapid development of coal-bed methane industry, and the international and domestic competitiveness of CBM enterprises will be seriously impacted. Therefore, the CBM companies imperatively need to improve the level of information and to establish an advanced, efficient and unified management information system of CBM field exploration and development.The Party A of "management information system of CBM field exploration and development" project (referred to as " CBM management information system ") is the major coal-bed methane exploration and development company in China, the successful development of management information system of CBM field exploration and development can greatly improve the efficiency and level of enterprise management, integration of enterprise resources, and provide strong support for making leadership decision. As the Party B, the author and co-development team participated in the development of the research project. This project is the subject of national science and technology special projects in China.This article focuses on analysis, design and implementation of enterprise production equipment management subsystem in the "management information system of CBM field exploration and development". At first, the author analyse the system’s requirements for "management information system of CBM field exploration and development", discuss design ideas and design principles for the system. And then using B/S mode, management information system of CBM field exploration and development is built according to the hierarchical structure based on J2EE. On the basis of the analysis for the system, this article adopts the object-oriented software development methods, emphasize on detailed analysis of requirements for enterprise production equipment management subsystem, design architecture of subsystems and function of each layer according to the needs, the architecture design meet with the MVC pattern. Subsystem design also includes database design of enterprise production equipment management subsystem, and design of database access object and data object, and so on. The end of this article combine with part of the code implementation of database access object and data object of enterprise production equipment management subsystem, and use part of interface of the subsystem, display process of implementation of system and the realization of the corresponding function and achieved effects.
