In recent years,the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of the quality of life have promoted the change of consumption concept,and people's demand for the quality of forest and fruit is higher and higher.With the continuous expansion of the scale of the forest and fruit market,cold chain logistics has become an important part of ensuring the quality of forest and fruit.However,the construction of cold chain logistics network in China is closely related to the economic development and traffic conditions of various regions,which leads to the fact that the forest and fruit producing areas are not covered,most of them enter the circulation link without precooling,which directly increases the loss of the transportation,storage and end distribution of the forest and fruit.The lack of the network of forest and fruit producing areas not only keeps the cost of cold chain logistics high,but also the quality of the forest and fruit Guaranteed.The precooling treatment of forest fruits takes place in the "first one kilometer" link of cold chain logistics,that is,after picking and before trunk transportation.In this process,the production site of forest fruits is responsible for precooling,grading processing,packaging and storage of forest fruits,so as to ensure the quality of forest fruits and prolong their life.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the "first kilometer" network layout of cold chain logistics of forest and fruit to ensure food safety and reduce logistics costs.On the basis of studying a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,this paper takes the "first kilometer" of cold chain logistics of forest and fruit as the research object under the guidance of cold chain logistics,operational research,mixed integer programming model(MIP)and quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm,and studies the "first kilometer" network layout of cold chain logistics of forest and fruit.The main body of this paper is divided into three parts.Firstly,it expounds the development of the network layout of the forest and fruit industry,the forest and fruit cold chain logistics and the forest and fruit cold chain logistics in China and Hunan Province.Aiming at the unsolved problems,it makes clear the necessity of the "first kilometer" network layout of the forest and fruit cold chain logistics.Secondly,according to the principle,goal and content of the "first kilometer"network layout of the forest and fruit cold chain logistics And influencing factors,the paper analyzes the elements and nodes of "the first kilometer" network of cold chain logistics of forest and fruit;at last,it constructs the "the first kilometer" network layout model of cold chain logistics of forest and fruit based on MIP,and uses the quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve it,and takes a county in Hunan Province as the case background for empirical analysis,and obtains the optimal result,which proves the feasibility and feasibility of the above algorithm Effectiveness,for the forest and fruit cold chain logistics "the first kilometer" network layout further research laid the foundation.It is found that the mixed integer programming model solved by the quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm can effectively solve the "first kilometer" network layout problem of the cold chain logistics of forest and fruit,and optimize the transportation scheduling problem from the origin of forest and fruit to the precooling station,which not only reduces the construction cost and operation cost of the cold chain logistics of forest and fruit,but also ensures the quality of forest and fruit.Based on the above research results,the reasonable network layout of "the first kilometer" of cold chain logistics of forest and fruit can effectively reduce the logistics cost and improve the service quality,which has a certain positive role in promoting the development of cold chain logistics of forest and fruit in China.
