Research On Henan TV "People Politics"

At present,China is in the stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Transforming government functions and building a service-oriented government is the goal and direction of our government's continuous efforts.The mass media plays an important role in transmitting government information and serving the society because of its timeliness and convenience.As an important part of the mass media,radio and television have an irreplaceable position and function in communicating with the government and the citizens,and transmitting information.The "TV Inquiry " program is a type of service-oriented TV program that has appeared in the television industry in recent years.It builds a bridge between the public and the government in a public discourse space.Through media communication channel,the government can actively connect with the citizens,publicize and explain the government's decision-making and deployment,interpret the policy-related issues for the citizens,effectively promote the communication between the government and the citizens,and better promote the transformation of government functions into service-oriented,and build a service-oriented society.At the same time,the public can increase the attention to government policies through the " TV Inquiry " program,better understand the government's work,and promote the construction of a harmonious society.Therefore,this article takes Henan TV's "People Asking for Politics"program as a case,based on the Central Plains area,and deeply analyzes the characteristics,status and existing problems of the program to study the value and functions of such programs in building a service-oriented society.In this paper,the first part introduces the concept of " TV politics ",and summarizes the main composition of "TV politics",which are the media,the public and the government.The definition of the concept of"TV politics"in the academic circle is sorted out.This paper argues that"TV politics""is a program that the media(television),the public and the government can form a commitment to seek the solution of the people's livelihood issues through the exchange of information and equal dialogue.In the terms of theory,this paper traces the theoretical basis of "TV politics"from two aspects of Habermas' s theory of public sphere and public opinion.The second part sort out the development process of TV politicsprograms in China and Henan province,grasp the current development characteristics of TV politics programs,focus on the discussion of three TV politics programs in the development process of TV politics programs in Henan province,compare the historical tradition and innovation of the programs,and analyze the experience and achievements of TV politics programs in Henan province through sorting out the history of TV politics programs.The third part analyzes the representatives of provincial TV politics programs in Henan province," people politics " of Henan TV public channel.From the aspects of the program's positioning and propaganda objectives,program form,plate setting,content and topic selection,this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the program's current development.The fourth part of this paper summarizes the function of Henan TV's program "people politics",and consider that its function has three embodiments,which are improving the pluralistic supervision mechanism,promoting the transformation of government to service-oriented government,and enhancing citizens' participation in political life.The fifth part summarizes the problems existing in the program.First is the insufficient transmission,mainly reflects on the multiple transmission channel,but the program is less popular and the program audio-visual equipments are old,as well as the audience participation is not enough,the interaction are limited in the audience in the field,there is no wider engagement off the sidelines and off the show.Another problem is that the defects in the topic selection and content,reflected in the excessive "show" in the program,serious homogenization,lack of background links and in-depth interpretation.The existence of these problems is that the concept of the program production is not innovative enough,also the manpower and material resources and technical support need to be deepened in the process of operation.By analyzing the function of "people politics" program of Henan province and the defects,the sixth part summarizes the future development strategy of TV politics program.The author considers that,the first is to change the idea and expand the thought.In the production of programs,there should be people-oriented concept,adhere to the people's interests as the guidance,remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind,and this is the starting point and the foothold of "people politics",also the root of the program.Secondly,the government should construct the concept of news administration.In the process of administration and serving the people,the government should treat the media well and make good use of the media,enhance the thinking of users,and create a platform forinteractive communication and equal dialogue between the two sides.Third,journalists should strengthen the "four forces",dig deep into the front line,focus their cameras on grassroots people,listen to their voices and speak for them.Fourth,we should actively embrace all media,strive to achieve " four complete" media,enhance the tension of communication.Based on the Habermas' s theory of public sphere and the program of Henan TV channel "people politics" as the research text,this paper summarizes the development process of TV politics program in other city in Henan province.Analyzes the development characteristics of " TV politics " in Henan province.Summarizes the characteristics and functions of "people politics" and the deficiencies of the program,and makes suggestions for the future development trend of TV politics programs in Henan province.
