Of Knowledge Discourse With The Public Discourse Interaction Research

In contemporary China, with the advance of democratization, the open of public opinion environment, the spread awareness of public discourse and of the diverse expression channels available, social expression is increasingly diversified while the public opinion even more complicated. To be objective, in the public discourse space of increasingly diverse values and even more different interests demand, rational communication between social groups will be interfered and restraint by many social factors, which defying a benign interaction between the different social groups and bringing about so many diversities among various social groups that intensify interest conflicts, and even lead to a straight opposition between each other, as a result of what the positive significance of social expression has been greatly diminished.Based on this backdrop, this dissertation sets the interaction in the media between intellectual elite and grass-roots as an illustration, discusses the possibility of achieving a public space with rational communication and the building of an effective mechanism for a high-quality public space. This paper surveys the current expression situation between discourses of grass-roots and elite, analyzes the common foundation between the two opposite discourses by the theory of "inter-subjectivity", then uses the case-method detailing the interactions taking place on different type of social topics in the public expression between elite and grass-roots according to the time dimension, and finally draws the following conclusions:(1) A benign discourse interaction between social subjects must be relied on a common emotion concern and value identification; (2) The achievement of social consensuses and a benign interaction can be approached as long as the two side of social discourses stand in line with rational communication and follow the rules of compliance and negotiation; (3) Extensive discussion within the community is beneficial to optimize the public space, strengthen the community voice, propel the growth of social forces and to promote the process of social democratization; (4) The construction of the ideal public sphere, you need to create a public platform of media, and guide people to advocate rationality, to observe the rules of discourse interactions, and the whole community in its efforts to create A tolerant and orderly social environment of speech.
