The sustainable growth and development ability of enterprises depend on their core competitiveness.Human capital has become an important factor for enterprises to maintain their core competitiveness.However,the size and quality of employees directly affect the survival and development of enterprises.With the enhancement of employees' subjective consciousness,employees' overall job satisfaction and its various factors have become the bottleneck restricting the development of enterprises.Some large enterprises conduct annual surveys on internal employee satisfaction,so as to clearly and objectively understand employees' real thoughts,understand their expectations,and explore the main factors affecting employee satisfaction.Therefore,this paper takes M Company's employee satisfaction as the research object,and on the basis of summarizing the relevant theories and researches on employee satisfaction at home and abroad,investigates and studies M Company's employee job satisfaction,and puts forward reasonable management suggestions accordingly.On the basis of consulting a large number of literature,referring to Minnesota Satisfaction Scale and Job Description Index,and combining the collection and collation of open questionnaires and the current situation of human resources management in M Company,a questionnaire on the current situation of employee job satisfaction in M Company is compiled.After reliability and validity analysis,the questionnaire meets the criteria of factor analysis.From September 26 to October 16,2018,the questionnaire was officially launched.A questionnaire survey was conducted for 450 employees of M Company,and SPSS17.0 software was used to analyze the survey results.The respondents were less satisfied with their salary and corporate culture and were more satisfied with their jobs.Then,the demographic variable analysis of the job satisfaction of the participating investigators shows that there are obvious differences in job satisfaction of the participating investigators with different gender,age,marital status and educational level.The demographic variable correlation study of job satisfaction shows that there are obvious differences in job satisfaction of the employees with different age,marriage,educational background and gender.According to the findings of the investigation and study,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the job satisfaction of M Company's employees: Firstly,improve the internal system construction of the company,enhance the importance of formulating and constructing by senior management personnel,continuously standardize and improve the company's rules and regulations,carry out training and study on the contents of the company's rules and regulations for young employees or new employees,and standardize the employees' work behaviors with the company's rules and regulations;Secondly,improve the salary system,appropriately increase the bonus and welfare payment to ensure fairness and transparency of the assessment.Thirdly,strengthen training and provide corresponding training content for employees with different positions,academic qualifications and abilities,so as to help employees make career development plans and realize the common development of employees' career and enterprises.Fourthly is to build a management system of employee satisfaction,introduce employee assistance plans,help employees build harmonious family relations,and relieve employees of worries about their work.
