With the rise of e-commerce and globalization of international trade,the implementation of strategies "The Belt and Road",and more and more global goods have entered into millions of households with the help of e-commerce.At the same time,logistics industry also got rapid development,facing the vast amounts of o rders every day,it's urgent to improve the efficiency of warehouse-out package,to meet the needs of the production in logistics,as far as possible to reduce logistics cost.Intelligent storage has evolved into a highly market value and a promising industry,of which the scheduling of loading and unloading goods is an important link,the result of its is directly related to the efficiency of loading and unloading and the whole process of logistics,besides,it is the most important indicator to judge an intelligent warehouse system.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the specific problems of intelligent warehouse scheduling and then maximize production efficiency.This paper takes the express intelligent storage on large-scale shopping platform as the research object,analyzes and finds the following problems:(1)Owing to this intelligent warehouse storing multinational commodity,commodity coding and classification is in difference which brings difficulties on centralized management and scheduling of inventory items;(2)Customers tend to have one-off purchase order,from perspective of the cost and good customer experience,it should possibly package more items under one order at the same time then delivery to customers by a courier company.However,due to the differences of the items and the aspects of transportation safety,some items in one order need to separate packaging,so how to reasoning intelligent packaging combination becomes an urgent problem;(3)Combining the characteristics of multiple items package,the intelligent warehouse-out,packaging,etc in the process of scheduling is mainly involved into how to integrate goods transportation,inspection,packaging,and other resources,and to optimize the warehouse logistics system efficiently.Considering these problems,this paper put forward the scheduling framework and methods based on the combination of ontology and intelligent algorithm,with the ontology for knowledge concept relation model and the characteristics of reasoning,and intelligent algorithm's advantage in production scheduling,then conclude comprehensive solutions and concrete realization way.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)It proposes a scheduling framework combining ontology knowledge management and intelligent algorithm,and carries out relevant feasibility and advanta ge analysis;(2)Based on ontology conceptual model,it uses OWL language to apply ontology modeling in multiple coding and classification products,so that multiple coding standards are mapped to the same conceptual ontology model.At the unified ontology model,the reasoning function is realized by constructing the ontology rule,and the intelligent reasoning of packaging combination is also proposed.In addition,it constructs case ontology and Reasoning machine on Protege to realize Reasoning process.(3)Considering the characteristics of many items packaging together with the guiding ideology of just-in-time production management(JTL),it quantifies the scheduling and constructs multi-objective mathematical model on just-in-time and simultaneous degrees,and also optimize warehouse-out packaging management and production efficiency;(4)This paper studied the advantages and disadvantages of GA,NSGA and NSGA-II,and proposed an improved NSGA-II algorithm.The simulation experiment was carried out through Matlab,which solved the mathematical model and verified the stability of the model.Compared with PSO,the advantages and disadvantages of each solution were obtained.
