The Study Of Anti-Fake Traceable And Warehouse Management System For Liquor Products Based On Rfid Technology

In today’s society, fake commodities have become a worldwide problem, many fake commodities were produced in the market by the interest driven,especially in the field of food circulation.This brought a tremendous threat to people on life safety, and at the same time it also caused huge losses to the enterprise on reputation and economy. Such events are too varied to enumerate,especially in drinks industry with high profit.Because the industry is relatively concentrated,the traditional famous enterprise has strong brand awareness,but the way of anti-fake is still lag behind.Then this give the lawbreakers a chance to rapid profiteering.Despite the well-known liquor merchants constantly update their security measures,but in the finally it can not still stop this phenomenon,that is mainly because of the following three reasons:The method of anti-fake is backward in large liquor enterprise;Process of tag is simple,easy to fake(through the tag producers,recovery);Tag identification is very poor, consumers can not identify the facticity of the tag.RFID is an automatic identification,tracking and tracing of goods technology.It has been widely used to improve the environmental awareness of enterprise information system.This knowledge will greatly promote the automation of business process, and thus improve the accuracy and efficiency of operation.This paper is based on the study of RFID technology,and proposed the liquor product life cycle solutions.Finally,this paper elaborated the benefit on financial and management after applying this system in liquor enterprise.The emphasis is cost estimation on the financial,the basis and calculation formula are given to quantify the income category.The system solutions changed the abuses of anti-fake technology in the past,at the same time,it integrated all the information in the process of production and circulation,improved the efficiency of the enterprise,promoted brand and core competitiveness to enterprise.The solutions’spread and application will also bring a revolutionary innovation for retail and logistics industry.
