Research On User Psychology Of Archival Users In "Internet+" Era

In the era of "Internet plus",passive file service mode can no longer meet the needs of the times,and due to the continuous expansion of information channels and information capabilities of archival users,archives users have higher psychological requirements in the process of information utilization.At the same time,due to the influence of diversified information channels,the psychological boundaries of file users are also more fuzzy,showing a more convenient and accurate psychological tendency to use,while the broad information channels provide users with a broader choice,and users become more "picky".If the archives department wants to change its restrained social character and strengthen its service ability,it must stand on the pulse of the times and grasp the "Internet plus".On the basis of active innovation,we should understand users' psychological appeals and provide personalized services,which not only can enhance the psychological stickiness of users,enhance social identification,but also increase the base of users to a certain extent.Based on the Internet plus era,this paper analyzes the psychological situation of archival users through collecting theories of information science,library science and psychology.First,define the concept definition of "Internet plus" and archival users,and elaborate their research significance and value.Secondly,combined with the research of related disciplines,this paper constructs the comfort zone,expansion zone and retreat zone of Archives Users' using psychological types,and discusses the possibility of the fluctuation of Archives Users' using psychological zones from three aspects of emotional factors,ability factors and environmental factors,based on which it puts forward the information cognitive load,exploration motivation,psychological value judgment,information channels,etc Nine hypotheses of psychological change.In the form of questionnaire survey,it is gradually verified that there are eight hypotheses in nine hypotheses,which will lead to the psychological change of users'utilization,and there are problems such as the contradiction between the amount of information and the accuracy of information,the lack of users' motivation for exploration,multiple information channels,etc.,which can lead to the negative change of users' utilization psychology.Finally,in order to construct the benign utilization psychology of file users,based on the above problems,this paper puts forward the following suggestions Service first,pay attention to the psychological attitude of archives users,strengthen guidance,improve the information viscosity of archives users,and build a one-stop platform for archives information.
