The components required by the products of communication equipment manufacturing enterprises are basically purchased from the market.These components have many specifications and wide types,and their suppliers are widely distributed at home and abroad.With the increasing development of global supply chain,the effect of communication equipment manufacturing enterprises on supplier management will directly affect product quality,and then affect the success or failure of enterprise management.In this paper,C communication equipment manufacturing enterprise(referred to as C enterprise)is taken as a case study.Aiming at some problems of C enterprise,such as untimely delivery of parts and unstable quality of parts,through the establishment of supplier risk evaluation and selection system,the risk of suppliers is identified,the effective operation of the supply chain is guaranteed,and the core competitiveness of the enterprise is improved.On the basis of combing the theories of supply chain management and supplier management,firstly,by analyzing the current situation of supplier management in enterprise C,this paper puts forward the problems existing in supplier management in enterprise C,analyzes the causes of the problems,and then determines the main risk factors.Then,on the basis of using karajake matrix to classify and analyze the suppliers of enterprise C,combined with the characteristics of suppliers in communication equipment manufacturing industry,the expert method(Delphi method)and AHP method are used to establish a supplier risk management evaluation index system suitable for enterprise C.The index system has five first level indexes and 20 second level indexes,and each index is determined the weight relative to the target of the previous layer.Finally,through the specific case of PCB supplier selection,the effectiveness of the system established in this paper and the feasibility of reducing supplier risk are verified,which could provide the reference for the similar enterprises.
