In the new scientific era under the guidance of big data, scientific research problems are becoming more and more complex. It is difficult to solve problems fundamentally by relying on a single discipline.Knowledge cooperation across disciplines is becoming more and more extensive, and barriers between disciplines are broken. While continuously improving self-development,various disciplines also emphasize the absorption of knowledge from other disciplines and the integration of knowledge in different fields.Interdisciplinary research at home and abroad,or using citation analysis,co-analysis and other methods,to study the intersection of disciplines from different angles,or to quantify the intersection by setting measurement indicators. However,in the cross-analysis of disciplines, there is a lack of cross-biological research, and there is no classification of the internal research direction of the discipline, which can not clearly reflect the internal cross-discipline,and lacks a comprehensive analysis model for the intersection of the two disciplines. This paper uses citation data to cluster the research topics between library and information science and journalism communication. With the help of research and analysis methods in library and information science and data mining methods in information science, the overall grasp of the status quo of cross-disciplinary research is formed. This paper first summarizes and summarizes the research status of interdisciplinary research at home and abroad, and explains the scientific nature of cross-disciplinary research by means of citation analysis.Secondly,it explains the noun concept involved in the article and elaborates on "disciplinary crossover".The citation analysis and the connotation of "co-word clustering";again, according to the Chinese tax classification method, the internal research direction of library and information science and journalism communication is divided, and the library and information science is divided into library science and information science, and the news dissemination The school is divided into communication theory, broadcasting, television, journalism, and publishing. Finally,CSSCI core journals are used as data sources.Through two-way search, the journalism and literature and literature and literature records with citation relations are obtained, and keywords are extracted from them. The co-word cluster analysis was carried out to obtain the hot topic group of the two disciplines with reference relationship.Through the summary of the subject of the literature, the empirical research on the intersection of the two disciplines was realized.By summarizing the topics studied by the intersection of the two disciplines, the relevant conclusions of the intersection of library and information science and journalism communication are obtained.First, according to the Chinese map classification method, the discipline direction is refined, and through the citation data, the cross-disciplinary research is conducted by using the common word clustering analysis method, which is feasible, effective and scientific.Second, library and information science and news Communication studies cross-references in research to promote internal problems in disciplines, such as applying data mining methods in the study of various modes of communication such as public opinion and rumors, and citing communication theory in library development and reading style innovation.Third,The topics of common interest of the two disciplines include information visualization, journal evaluation and management, information literacy, digital reading, and copyright protection, but the focus of attention is different.Fourth, the cross-integration of the two disciplines produces new derivative themes, such as sudden Knowledge map analysis of events, identification and leadership of opinion leaders, social public crisis management, and improvement of digital reading systems.
