Study On The Integration Of Users' Behavioral Norms Of Public Libraries

The users' behavioral norms of public libraries are codes of conduct system for maintaining the basic cultural rights and interests of library users.They play an important role in safeguarding the legitimate cultural rights and interests of users.The reasonable configuration is the prerequisite for ensuring the realization of the basic cultural rights and interests of users.However,the current users' behavioral norms of public libraries generally have problems such as unbalanced allocation,unclear regulation among human,and lack of unified planning and coordination.This makes contradictions and conflicts between different subject of library activities occur from time to time and the realization of the maximization of users' rights and interests are limited.Therefore,the rational allocation and effective implementation of the users' behavioral norms of public libraries have become one of the most important tasks of improving public library services at the current stage.Under the background,the paper conducts an integrated study on the configuration of users' behavioral norms of public libraries,which are divided into the following parts:(1)Summarize relevant research results at home and abroad to lay a foundation for the development of research content;(2)Explain the concept,connotation and specific scope of the configuration of users' behavioral norms of public libraries,and discuss the subject of library activities combining with stakeholder theory,and put forward the necessity and significance of integrating the configuration of users' behavioral norms of public libraries;(3)Analyze the configuration status and discover existing problems of the users' behavioral norms of public libraries with the interview method and questionnaire survey method;(4)On the basis of the status quo survey,constructs the integration mechanism of users' behavioral norms of public libraries from four aspects: the norm itself,the allocation of library resources,the value concept of the subject of library activities and communicate and coordinate with each other.It strives to coordinate the conflicts between library users and other subjects of the library activities,effectively solves the current imbalance in the configuration of users' behavioral norms of public libraries,and truly turns the norms into a guiding model for mass cultural activities.It aims to enhance the value of public library services and promote the healthy and stable development of the public library.
