The study of library science in China has more than one hundred years,it has made considerable development in the nearly 30 years.The number of academic works is growing rapidly,academic treatises is growing fast,the application of innovation is increasing.But on the whole,the quality and level than works quantity growth,progress is not synchronous in the form of the library science discipline.In the face of the rapid development of information technology,in order to solve the academic innovation of library science,especially the problems of fewer important innovation,laying solid foundation discipline must be emphasized,clear academic norms.For this,must understand the basic theory of library science academic standard,the present situation,problems and reasons,find out the countermeasures.The academic norms are various standards and requirements which are based on the academic community interested parties involved in the development of academic development to abide by the law in favor of academic accumulation and innovation,in the long-term academic activities,they are academic experience and summary.The academic norm are always accompanied by academic research activities,in the development of library science exist its own academic norms,library science academic norms are basic rules which enable library science healthy and orderly develop.Library science academic norms as the basic idea of library science and common identity which are contained in the theory and practice of library science,as well as they are the cornerstone of the library science research.At present,the research of library science academic norms show the characteristics of postmodernism type,researchers are arguing library science academic norms from the perspective of different specifications.In general,the research of Library science academic norms include the moral level,operational level and regulatory level,these research contents reflect the focus which are research values,content and technology standards,legal boundaries,etc,and also cover the basic norms of academic research achievements,procedures,methods,requirements,citation norms,signatures,criticism norms and legal matters of rewards and punishments,etc.This study launches according to the logic sequence,through the use of questionnaire,expert interviews,literature survey to study the related propositions of library science academic norms.The purpose of this study is to solve the following key problems:mainly in theory to discuss the basic concept as well as core elements and related thesis of library science academic norms and academic innovation,and discuss the theoretical framework of library science from different angles.In practice,this study will provide the the feasible operation guidance countermeasure for the implementation of the academic norms.As well as through the corresponding empirical study found that the deficiency in the pure theoretical research,and also put forward the corresponding countermeasures and measures to make the theory and practice research complement each other.Specifically,this paper research mainly includes the following sections:The first chapter,introduction.Firstly from the research background,this paper describes the research environment and the significance of the research,and then discuss the issues and content in general.The author research on the situation at home and abroad about the library science academic norms,and do the comparison and analysis about the existing research results at home and abroad,as well as and point out that the gaps and weaknesses of the current research,and also put forward to the research ideas and methods in this paper.The second chapter,basic concept and theory of library science academic norms and and academic innovation.This chapter analyzes the basic concepts of library science academic norms and academic innovation and their relational theoretical basis.On this basis,this paper analyzes the relationship between the library science academic innovation and academic norms.This chapter is the core of the theory sections of this paper and it will reflect the theoretical value of this paper.The third chapter,survey questionnaires and interviews situation analysis about library science academic norms and innovation.This chapter design the questionnaire combines the theoretical content,and carry out the field survey and expert interview.On the basis of these,analyses the survey data.The fourth chapter,survey of library science periodicals academic texts.This chapter investigated the domestic and foreign academic journals of library science,through the current external form specification research of these journals,such as,keywords,bibliography and literature review.Finally expounds the external form of specification about these academic journals,as well as analysis the status quo at home and abroad.The fifth chapter,analysis of library science academic anomie and its reasons.In this chapter,on the basis of the investigation and study,the author summarized the major forms of library science academic anomie,and deeply analyzes its reasons.The sixth chapter,library science academic norms about contents.This chapter combines academic standard involved in the basic research of library science,the research program,writing specification,quotation,results published,academic criticism and academic evaluation,research method were discussed,etc.The seventh chapter,countermeasures and suggestions about library science academic norms and innovation.This chapter put forward the implementation safeguard about library science academic norms and academic innovation,based on this,the author summarizes the concrete means of academic standard implementation of library science academic norms,in order to provide some beneficial enlightenment and countermeasures for the library practice of academic norms.The eighth chapter,conclusions and prospects.This chapter summarizes the full text and draw major conclusions,summarizes the main academic innovation in this paper,as well as analyzes the limitations of the study and research prospects in the future.Research on library science academic norms helps to create a fair and reasonable academic environment,improve research level and efficiency,improve the knowledge system construction,cultivate new academic norms of the consciousness,expand the international academic exchanges,and so on,these are stand in the height of the academic strategy.Library science academic norms is a multi-level complex research,which are involve research spirit basic values,the form of external technical specification,the research content of innovation within specification,the research content is widespread,include the basic concepts and terminology standards,principles of academic thesis specifications,methods of discipline,discipline education,professional ethics,etc.The research of this paper is a summary of these norms common refinements,through the analysis of the theoretical research horizon of the specifications and construction strategies,in order to achieve the truth of library science academic norms.Library science academic norms profoundly influenced the academic exchanges,academic accumulation and academic innovation.Academic exchanges should be having substance in speech,according to the argument and make academic peers to share their research experience,enlightenment spark new academic thoughts,all of which depends on the degree of compliance with the academic norms.Academic accumulation plays a fundamental role on the healthy development of a discipline,academic norms requires that the academic accumulation must come from the academic innovation,avoid the accumulation of meaningless repetition.Academic norms do not resist the innovation of academic research,but in the way of adjusting the academic innovation,the aim of norms is to promote the real academic innovation.The academic norms is not on the academic research on the ban,it is only a means,its fundamental purpose is to promote innovation in library science research,the two complement each other.Advocate academic norms is not stifle innovation,but set an accepted code of conduct for innovation,avoid innovation detours.To innovate at the same time,is also a test of the existing academic standard,if the practice proved that the existing academic norms will hamper innovation,we should decisively correct irrational academic norms.In a word,not bias between the academic norms and innovation,organic combination and interaction of the two,pushing each other their own healthy development.The development of library science academic norms shows:question——innovation——establish norms——new problems——another innovation——and then establish norms,so repeatedly,the related research of library science academic norms can gradually improve from junior to senior.The survey found that some researchers to research steps,library science writing essentials,citation,academic criticism and evaluation standard,academic moral,academic law knowledge is limited,some even know nothing at all,suggesting that we should attach great importance to the academic norms.Foreign studies and subject methodology level of academic norms are higher than domestic,especially the various academic norms,it is necessary to widely with the essence of foreign academic standards and methodologies,experience,lessons and the mechanism,on the basis of reference,in order to improve the deficiency of domestic related research.Library science has at least eight academic norms,these norms have some general specification from other subjects,also have its own personalized specification,which plays an important role in the academic innovation of library science.Library academia must take measures from two aspects of external and internal,strengthen the research and communication of library science academic norms,especially enhance the training of young scholars,graduate students and other academic researchers about ethics education,and return to the nature of academic research,avoid redundant research and mediocre research,we should promote incremental knowledge,as well as constantly improve the maturity of library science subjects.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in:Firstly,systematically study of the basic concepts and theoretical foundation of library science academic norms and academic innovation,and the relationship between norms and innovation.Secondly,This paper put forward the basic contents of library science academic norms.Thirdly,Deeply analyses the current situation of academic norms,problems and their reasons,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.The establish of the academic norms and academic innovation is a process of continuous exploration,showing a tortuous and progressive,the academic norms and academic innovation set up and perfect will inevitably and the influence of the external environment,to reflect people's values and criteria for judging in a certain geographical,time and space.The study of library science academic norms and innovation is different opinion studies.But we cannot artificially judge which is right or wrong,and we should adhere to a kind of attitude and understanding about "seek common ground while reserving differences",which will help us to promote library science study and keep the prosperity of academic norms and academic innovation research.We encourage each other only show considerable tolerance and respect,so we can make the library academic norms and academic innovation maintain a prosperous research situation,these will help us more close to the truth.
