As a place for the public to acquire knowledge and promote cultural literacy,the user is more inclined to enjoy the services provided by the library to the users,that is,the rights of the users,and will ignore the obligations of the users.In order to ensure the normal operation of library,users' obligation norms are equally indispensable.Research of this field is not enough,and there are few studies on this aspect in the academia.The development of library in the United States is more mature than our country,and the state library,as the center of state culture and distribution,has a high level.It is of great significance to enrich and construct the compulsory standard of the users of the library in our country.Therefore,the research has strong theoretical and practical significance.The object of this study is obligations norms of the users in 15 state libraries of the United States.Collect,organize and analyze through network investigation,content analysis,comparative analysis and so on.The thesis consists of 5 chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which outlines the background of the topic,the significance of the topic,and analyzes the current research status at home and abroad of the subject,and also includes the research ideas,innovation and sample selection basis.The second chapter discusses the legal origin of library users' obligations,the concept and types of library users' obligation norms,the connotation,objectives and principles of the standard configuration of library users' obligations.The third chapter is the sample investigation and analysis part.It compares and analyzes the resources utilization,resource loan,copyright protection,respect for the personnel in the library,goods carrying,safety,instrument behavior,obligation of young group,social media speech and abstract duty standard.Through analysis,we get its specific advantages and disadvantages.The fourth chapter deals with the orientation of users' obligation norms in US state libraries.The fifth chapter is the summary and prospect of this article.
