The promotion and application of ERP system is helpful to promote the standardization,institutionalization and transparency of business development,and is of great significance to improve the internal management level of enterprises.In recent years,a state-owned real estate enterprise has gradually built a number of business ERP systems.Through the analysis of various business data in the system,mining its potential business value has become an important basis for enterprise decision-making.Because ERP system often focuses on the management of single specific business,it can not meet the needs of enterprise managers for comprehensive analysis of diversified business topics.In addition,the report forms and data types generated by ERP system are relatively single,which often requires secondary processing by business personnel,which increases the probability of error and the time of work processing for business personnel,and reduces the decision-making efficiency of enterprise managers.Therefore,the enterprise plans to build a set of business intelligence report system,through the collection,integration,analysis and visual display of business data in heterogeneous ERP,to provide scientific and convenient decision-making information for managers,and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.The main work of this thesis is as follows:1.This thesis uses the method of investigation and research to analyze the demand of the business intelligence report system of a real estate enterprise.Combined with the situation of the enterprise,the user categories,functional requirements and non functional requirements of the system are sorted out.On this basis,the main business processes and function modules of the system are fully sorted out,which lays a good foundation for the next step of system design.2.Based on the analysis of the system requirements,this thesis designs the functional modules of the business intelligence report system,and explains the design process with the use case diagram,sequence diagram and other ways.The project adopts B / S architecture,uses Oracle to build data warehouse,finereport as report analysis platform,and kettle as ETL tool.Effectively break through the data gapbetween various business systems,forming a unified data sharing center.3.According to the process of data processing and analysis,this thesis realizes the whole business intelligence report system.The results of ERP data collection,storage and analysis are visualized,which effectively improves the readability of report data.At the same time,the system is tested according to the running situation.At present,the system has been successfully put into operation,which effectively saves the human cost and improves the decision-making efficiency for the enterprise,and has reference significance for the construction of business intelligent report system of real estate enterprises.
