PDCA On The Application Of Management In Library Reading Promotion Project

Current reading promotion project practice in the fast-growing domestic also has many quality problems at the same time,this article on the study of the present situation in reading promotion project practice at home and abroad on the basis of introducing the theory of PDCA in the framework of reading promotion project management process,to explore a reading can be applied to one or a series of promoting reading application model of the project,in order to solve the current reading promotion project of timeliness,planning,sustainability and quality evaluation,etc.This paper introduces the PDCA,total quality management and reading promotion projects related theory and basic concepts,by listing the current practice of reading promotion projects at home and abroad to analyze the problems arising from the domestic reading promotion project,and then discusses PDCA theory is applied to the necessity and feasibility in reading promotion project,hoping to reading promotion project management implementation process as a framework of embedded PDCA theory,build a reading application model.Finally,taking the Portuguese "national reading plan" project as an example,this paper discusses the embodiment,application and contribution of PDCA in it.
