In the application scenario of technology consulting,the industrial chain constructs an industrial knowledge graph based on the overall development of the industry,insight into the operational situation of key industries,clarifies the trends of upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain,and provides scientific basis for industrial decision-making of customers at all levels such as the government and enterprises.The intelligent construction and iteration platform of the industrial chain for technology consulting is a necessary auxiliary tool for industry chain construction in technology consulting decision-making services.Although domestic and foreign researchers have conducted extensive research and achieved certain results in the construction of industrial chains,facing the demand for intelligent construction and iterative updates of industrial chains,most data industry analysis platforms still face the following problems and challenges:1)The large amount of industry chain label data contained in technology consulting resources and fast update iterations make it difficult for existing open source industry analysis tools to support the intelligent updating ability of industry word banks,and cannot meet the needs of industry dynamic changes and evolution processes in technology consulting scenarios;2)The relationship between the technology consulting industry is complex,and manual analysis of industrial hierarchical relationships is time-consuming,labor-intensive,and with low accuracy.There is a lack of specialized intelligent extraction services for hierarchical relationships in the industrial chain;3)At present,the data organization and management methods in the construction of the industrial chain are different,making it difficult to organize and manage.There is a lack of universal development methods,which is not conducive to improving the efficiency of engineering development and poses great challenges to the construction of the industrial chain in scientific and technological consulting scenarios.In response to the above issues and challenges,this paper focuses on the research and analysis of industry chain neologism mining,industry chain hierarchical relationship extraction,and industry chain data resource management for technology consulting.The design and implementation of an intelligent construction and iteration platform for industry chain for technology consulting have been completed.The main research content includes the following four aspects:1)Design and implement a technology consulting oriented industrial neologism mining method,based on statistical and unsupervised design ideas,to output a high-quality industrial neologism vocabulary,timely capture the dynamic development of the industry,and confirm the industrial entities for the task of updating the industrial chain.2)Design and implement an industrial chain hierarchical relationship extraction method for technology consulting.Aiming at the problems of complex industrial relationships in technology consulting scenarios,a set of automated extraction methods for industrial chain hierarchical relationships is proposed to further determine the hierarchical positions of industrial entities upstream and downstream of the industrial chain.3)Design and implement a technology consulting oriented industrial chain data resource management solution.In response to the problems faced in the construction process of the industrial chain,such as multi-source,heterogeneity,strong subjectivity,non-standard and unified data representation,and difficulties in cross domain integration,design a unified industrial chain data resource storage and organization model.At the same time,a data processing and industrial chain update optimization strategy is proposed to address the issues of long rendering time and high computational resource utilization caused by the frequent changes in industrial data over time.4)Design and implement an industrial chain intelligent construction and iteration platform for technology consulting,providing an industrial chain platform with capabilities such as intelligent mining of new industrial chain terms,intelligent extraction of industrial relationships,graph editing,and visual analysis.At the same time,we will combine the ability to build industrial chains with technology consulting scenarios to build an industrial brain application demonstration platform for technology consulting big data.Finally,this platform was applied to the national key research and development project "Research and Resource Construction of Science and Technology Consulting Data Resource System",providing technical support for the industrial data application and service part of the project,and verifying the effectiveness of the proposed method and the practical application value of the platform.
