With the continuous application of computer simulation technology in the process of mechanical product design and development,the types and data of simulation analysis for various parts are greatly increased,resulting in a large number of analysis data files and complex simulation analysis process.In actual production,these data are often managed simply according to the personal operating habits of the simulator,which easily leads to the problems of data information islanding,version errors,and even the loss of important data files.At the same time,the process of simulation and analysis of mechanical products is usually complex.Manual management of these process units also leads to inefficient simulation.In view of the above problems,this paper presents a simulation data and process management system.The system uses browser / server(B/S)structure development.The background mainly uses the Java language for business processing.Taking ANSYS as an example,the system uses Visual C++ to call ANSYS to execute APDL commands for batch processing.The storage of the simulation data is realized by the cooperation of the My SQL database and the Java content repository,and finally the system is deployed on the high-performance server.The main works completed in this paper include the following aspects:Firstly,the current situation of data and process management in the field of mechanical simulation at home and abroad is analyzed.Based on this,the detailed requirement analysis of the system is carried out from various perspectives in conjunction with the requirements of the project client.Secondly,the overall framework design,functional module partition and detailed design of the system are carried out based on requirements,and the code is implemented to implement various functional modules.Simulation engineering management module is the basic module of the whole system.The simulation process template is obtained from the simulation resource library and the new simulation project is created,which enables the complex simulation analysis process to be effectively tracked and monitored,thus enabling the simulation project to be carried out effectively.After the simulation solution is finished,the system will collect the simulation data and link it to the BOM tree of the simulation product,and form a simulation data management system based on the product parts structure,so as to realize the storage,retrieval,comparison and version control of the simulation result data,and finally automatically generate the simulation report.The simulation process management module implements the combination of simulation task flow control and workflow control to control the simulation process,schedule the simulation resources,and complete the simulation process efficiently.In addition,the system implements data hierarchical management and privilege restriction based on Role Based Access Control Technology(RBAC),and manages resources for simulation knowledge base,thus greatly improving the efficiency of knowledge accumulation and reuse.This paper elaborates on the key technologies and difficulties involved in the research,including the algorithm of similarity judgment for simulation flow and the safety management technology of simulation data.Finally,the functional test of the test data for the simulation data and the process management system is carried out,and the stress test is carried out by using the automatic testing tool Apache Benchmark.At present,the system has been developed and used by a company in Beijing.Through the efficient management of simulation data and the effective reuse of simulation process,the system greatly improves the efficiency and quality of simulation analysis,which has important research significance and engineering value for enterprises.
