The Research On The Third-party Reverse Logistics Strategic Partner Selection Of Electronic Products

With the development of economy and science, the electronic products update much faster than before. Because of this, a large number of E-wastes come out and will pollute environment if they are not rightly disposed.When China entered the WTO, it has faced a new challenge of reverse logistics of electronic wastes from European Union. To the electronic products manufacturers who are at the infant stage, the third-party reverse logistics is the top choice for them to cope with the challenge from the international market.Based on the background above, the author analyzed the process of how the enterprises select the third-party reverse logistics providers. According to the actuality of the enterprises at home and the requirement of the low carbon economy, third-party reverse logistics evaluation index system is set up, which can offer a feasible evaluation foundation for enterprises to select a third-party reverse logistics provider.According to the evaluation index system, in this master thesis, firstly, the weight of each index is curtained by AHP, which is added to the fuzzy clustering algorithm in order to avoid the imbalance among each evaluation index in the general fuzzy clustering. Then the F-distribution of probability statistics is used to determine the best classification number, which can help choose the best classification. Finally, comprehensive value is counted by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, through which the best third-party reverse logistics provider can be selected.
