College Party Information Management And Intelligent Evaluation System Of Research And Development

With the rapid development of the computer and network technology, the party affairs work of college is not limited to general text accumulation and simple statistics, the party affairs work must be introduced into advanced information science technology and modern management methods to achieve its scientific style and modernization. So, an urgent need is to develop an information system of party affairs management with certain scale, advanced technology, simple and practical, safe reliable and scalable.In this paper, taking party affairs management of Nanjing University of Science and Technology as the research object, basing on the system analysis and demand research, using service-oriented architecture to develop and design the information system of party affairs management. This system includes main functions such as the management of party organizations, party member information, party applicants, statistics and reports, and the System Maintenance. This system also proposes the intelligence evaluation research of party affairs work according to the theory of performance management.The main work and involved key technologies of this paper are as follows:First of all, carries on the analysis to the system feasibility and the demand; Secondly, use J2EE as the development platform to design the system architecture; Thirdly, based on J2EE platform, using MySQL database management and maintenance of the database system, designing the system function module; Finally, determining the evaluation indexes weights by AHP in order to realize intelligent evaluation, giving full play to computer-aided decision-making capacity, achieving the scientific and modern of party affairs jobs.
