With the advancement of the construction of smart and digital cities,LED smart glass display as one of the mainstream media for flat panel display,efficient use of glass's high transparency and highlight display characteristics,giving new vitality to outdoor large-scale building glass.As the functions undertaken by the host computer increase and become more complex,the transmission distance requirements of the transmission medium arc also getting higher.The introduction of mobile network technology breaks through the constraints of space and region.There is no need to configure control data at close range on site.As long as there is a mobile network,the operator can update the video image of the terminal display screen through remote control.Based on the design of LED smart glass technology,data processing technology and remote transmission technology and embedded system,this paper designs a non-real-time remote LED smart glass video playback system.The system is mainly divided into host computer software,lower machine's asynchronous control system,drive system and LED smart glass display.The host computer software creates a video with the corresponding resolution according to the resolution of the terminal display screen,registers the pixels of the video image with the terminal display screen,encodes and decodes the RGB data stream,and the data is transmitted over the wide area network through remote wireless communication technology.The control system is divided into Microcontroller Unit(MCU)and Secondary Control Unit(SCU).The specific 4G module in the lower machine completes the RGB data stream reception.The MCU completes reading data from the cache module of the 4G module through high-speed data transmission based on the FPGA+USB interface.After the data is simply processed based on the FPGA microprocessor,it is transmitted to the SCU through the optical fiber line.After the SCU converts the video data into a format,it is transmitted to the drive system through the network port.Further,the SCU can increase the data transmission rate and processing speed through optical fiber cascade.The driving system is connected through the FPC and drives the offline asynchronous terminal LED smart glass display's full-color video presentation.This paper designs the remote LED smart glass video playback system from software design,hardware design and FPGA embedded software programming.This paper designs the implementation scheme of each module on the functional requirements,And completed the simulation and online debugging of each functional module to ensure the realization of the target design,thereby verifying the feasibility and practicality of the system design.
