With the development of science and technology,LED display are widely used in various places by virtue of its advantages,becoming the most common display media in information dissemination and advertising.As a new type of smart glass panel display materials in people's eyes,LED not only has the characteristics of the LED display,but also has construction features.LED display technology of smart glass is still in the research stage in our country.Based on smart glass LED and LED display basic technology research,the article proposes a full-color LED display smart glass program,designing a LED smart glass display system based on ARM and FPGA.Display system mainly consists of five parts:video generation system,coordinate mapping system,MCU controller,transmission system and drive system.Video generation system,according to the resolution of the LED smart glass,is mainly to produce video of corresponding resolution,and inputs the video source through the DVI line to the MCU controller.Coordinate mapping system is used to draw the scanning mode,the role of which is based on the required video resolution to establish a two-dimensional coordinate space and configure each pixel port coordinates.The change of the scanning mode corresponds to the coordinate transformation of pixels MCU controller receives the video source from video production system through the DVI line and decodes the video source by the DVI decoding circuit into R,G,B pixel data,sending it to the video processing unit,in which the internal functions of the FPGA chip are designed in a modular way and the following functions are accomplished:interception of video source,generation of SRAM write address,read and write performance of SRAM control,realization of gamma anti-correction and data interface conversion control.ARM receive the LED scan mode drawn by coordinate mapping system through the USB interface to control the data read in SRAM memory outside of FPGA.The transmission system will receive the video data from the MCU controller and transmit it to the drive system.Finally it drives LED intelligent glass display by the drive system.This paper describes the principle of image segmentation,the principle of ping-pong operation,the principle of gray-scale control and the principle of driving.The design of each module in the system is carried out and each module is simulated and tested.Finally,the system debugging and development are completed on the basis of simulation.The system realizes the long-distance and real-time display of the video image of the host computer by LED intelligent glass display.
