The Study On Discourse Change Of Nonfication Writing In Chinese Journalism From The Perspective Of Narratology

In the 1990s,Chinese press introduced the thought of western new journalism and began to focus on the stories of ordinary people from the grand narrative.In 1995,China Youth Daily opened a feature edition called freezing point,which is considered the beginning of feature writing in China and the precursor of the nonfiction journalism.With the rapid development of the Internet,the news industry has undergone tremendous changes.The traditional printed media gradually decline,and the new media platform become the mainstream.Nonfiction news writing,as a popular style in the media industry in recent years,has increasingly shown its precious value of fighting against time and caring for the timesThis research mainly focuses on the two dimensions of "discourse change of nonfiction news writing at the narrative level" and "the mechanism influencing discourse change of nonfiction news writing".Based on the research framework of post-classical narratology,this study adopts qualitative text analysis and case analysis.In this study,nonfiction writing is regarded as a news narrative text and placed in a constantly changing Chinese social context.The research will attempt to understand and analyze the discourse changes in nonfiction news writing.This study roughly divides the development of nonfiction journalism in China into three stages:The first stage is the exploration period(1995-2003),represented by the special feature produced by the China Youth Daily,which is the beginning of non-fiction news writing in China.The second stage is the golden period(2003-2016).This stage is represented by the "Chinese-style special feature" created by the Southern Weekend,and many excellent special features have emerged that truly record the era and promote social progress.The third stage is the innovation period(2016-present).Under the impact of the wave of new media,the nonfiction news writing in this period began to look for a new development direction.This study finds that under the production logic of new media environment,nonfiction news writing has changed and innovated to different degrees in terms of narrator,narrative theme and narrative style.The non-fiction news writing in the innovation period breaks the traditional one-point narrator focusing mode and adopts a multi-dimensional stereoscopic narrator perspective.The scope of narrative themes is more extensive and diversified,focusing on subculture and niche circles,and paying more attention to humanistic color and exploring the value of the times.The narrative style is more flexible and diverse,and the interactive narrative mode becomes an ornament and a helping factor.The discourse change of nonfiction news writing in China is influenced by various factors such as society,media,audience and technology,and has different influences on the production,communication and business model of the entire media content industry.
