On Innovation Of Working Capital Management Of Internet Enterprises

Based on transaction cost theory and supply chain theory,this paper reviews the relevant literature on the dynamic change of business model,the content of working capital management and the influencing factors of working capital management,and forms a literature review.And took part in the theory of ruechanism analysis,this paper expounds the business model of the dynamic change of working capital management environment changes,including corporate internal and external environment of working capital management of working capital management changes in the environment,and thus stimulated the innovation of the enterprise operating funds management,then after detailed analysis of the dynamic change of business mode of management innovation of working capital,including two aspects of purchasing channels and marketing channels,respectively,in the information flow,cash flow,logistics,three aspects of innovation,the traditional way of working capital management did not keep pace with The Times,in order to solve the problem,Thus assist enterprises to realize the value of the business model after the dynamic change.This paper tries to,in the form of a single case study,nearly ten years*the rapid growth of millet technology company as an example,analyzes the millet since it was founded in 2010 business model of the dynamic change situation,business model concrete can be divided into "hardware+Internet+new retail,profit way,"Internet+customer+partners,product research and development way,"hunger marketing+Pre-sold" way ","online and off-line sales.Based on the above elaboration,this paper discusses the impact of the dynamic change of xiaomi's business model on the change of working capital management environment.Finally,after the enterprise operating funds management environment change,and then expounds on the enterprise is how to make use of the dynamic change of business model innovation of working capital management and the way of solving traditional working capital management problems brought by the improper,and auxiliary dynamie change after the realization of the value of a business model.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:first,the dynamic change of xiaomi's business model will cause the change of its working capital management environment.Specifically,it includes the changes in the internal working capital management environment of xiaomi and the external working capital management environment of xiaomi.On the one hand,the changes in the internal working capital management environment of xiaomi are mainly divided into the emergence of problems such as unscientific inventory management mode,Poor utilization rate of current liabilities and weak awareness of cash management.On the other hand,the change of external working capita:l management environment is mainly the optimization of xiaomi's relationship management mode for suppliers and customers.Secondly,the change of working capital management environment of xiaomi will stimulate the innovation of enterprise working capital management.On the one hand,when xiaomi carries out the dynamic change of business model,the deterioration of internal working capital management environment will stimulate the innovation of xiaomi working capital management to solve the problems caused by the dynamic change of business model.On the other hand,xiaomi will pay more attention to the maintenance of the extermal working capital management environment when carrying out the dynamic change of its business model,which will contribute to the innovation of xiaomi's working capital management and help realize the value of the business model after the dynamic change.Third,millet formed after the business model of the dynamic change "hardware+Internet+new retail,profit way,"Internet+customer+partners" way of product research and development and "hunger marketing+pre-sold"""online and off-line sales way,under the business model of millet,relying on the big data factory,supplier evaluation system and fast payment,the innovation of the" centralized purchasing+0 supply procurement "procurement mode including information,capital and logistics aspects of the innovation of working capital management,to assist to implement the dynamic change of the value of a business model.
