| Taiping Shanghai Insurance Company’s capital management system mainly faces to flow funds’big rate of flow management, provides an integrated capital management platform for the company’s fund transferring, big amount fee approval, management of bank account, and cash flow funds accounting processing.From the view of software engineering, this paper discusses the system’s function requirements, design and implementation with software engineering methods and technology. In demand analysis, it focuses on discussing the system’s basic information management, transaction processing function, receipt information processing function and flow funds approval processing function. Then, it discusses the system’s outlined design and detail design, gives the system’s structure design, database design and secure access and management scenario. For each module, it also gives detailed design, including its main flow, computing method and data objectives. As for the software implementation and testing, it also gives main modules’programming and system unit testing and module testing details. The developing purpose of this system is to improve the company’s capital settlement efficiency, prevent fund risk, realize fund data’s timely transferring and information sharing, optimize fund supervising module and improve fund management level, so that it can carry out the company’s financing rules such as separating revenues and expenses, integrated arrangement and using of funds and improves the company’s industry competition advantage.This system has three layer of functions which is business guidance oriented with input-output view management. The system programming uses C#at the client end and sever end and running in the environment of Windows while at the database server end programmed with SQL running under Windows platform and SQL Server2012as the database server. It already finishes testing and passes test running inspection and has good effects in practice. |
