Research On The Tacit Knowledge Sharing Behavior Of Human Book Based On Planned Behavior

The Human Library as a new kind of reading activities,due to its special way of reading,attracted a large number of readers.In China,the development of Human Library is very rapid,until December 2019,at least more than 200 different types of Human Library.As a new channel to serve the majority of readers,the Human Library project has been adopted by many libraries.Therefore,promoting the development of Human Library has become an urgent task for various libraries.As one of the main bodies of Human Library,Human Book is the foundation of Human Library's services.It plays an important role in the development of Human Library.Therefore,building Human Book resources is an important way to promote the development of Human Library.This paper focuses on the tacit knowledge sharing behavior of Human Book,aiming at improving the willingness of Human Book to share tacit knowledge and promoting the development of Human Library activities.The innovations of this paper:First,it enriches the research system of human library.The human library operation mechanism was interpreted from the perspective of the human book.Second,the sharing behavior of the human book group was studied from a new perspective.The influencing factors of human book's tacit knowledge sharing behavior are researched.The research significance of this paper:First,it provides suggestions for the construction of human book resources.Second,promote the development of domestic human libraries.This paper takes a new perspective,"based on the planned behavior theory",to research the tacit knowledge sharing behavior of Human Book.The theory of planned Behavior reveals that attitude toward the behavior,subjective norm concerning the behavior and perceived behavioral control have different effects on an individual's intention and behavior.Taking the theory of planned behavior as the theoretical basis of this paper,a behavioral model of tacit knowledge sharing in Human Book is constructed from five aspects:attitude toward the behavior,subjective norm concerning the behavior,perceived behavioral control,intention toward the behavior and sharing behavior.The social exchange theory points out that reciprocity and altruism are regarded as two variables that affect attitude toward the behavior.Based on the social cognition theory,the environment of Human Library is regarded as a variable affecting the Human Book of subjective norm concerning the behavior.According to the activity characteristics of Human Library and related research literatures,the individual resource abundance was regarded as a variable that affect Human Books of perceived behavioral control.According to the relationship between variables,the questionnaire was designed by referring to the mature scales at home and abroad,and the data were analyzed by using statistical tools,and the following conclusions were drawn:except that "the positive effect of individual resource abundance on perceived behavioral control" was not valid,the results of other hypotheses were all valid.Based on the results of investigation and analysis,combined with the actual interview of Human Library,this paper puts forward the following Suggestions on promoting the tacit knowledge sharing behavior of Human Book:create a suitable borrowing and reading environment for Human Library.A good reading environment can attract readers and Human Book,and Human Book is more willing to share tacit knowledge on this platform,which is an important aspect that should be considered in the construction of human library;build an incentive mechanism with family,readers and Human Library,and constantly improve the existing incentive methods,so as to make Human Book more willing to serve readers and improve the reading quality;Build the brand for Human Library.Putting the quality of Human Book in the first place,intensifying the publicity of activities,building a brand activities,and gathering resources from all sides are conducive to the development of Human Library activities,so as to attract more Human Book to join the activities to share tacit knowledge;Improve the Human Book organization system.In terms of collection,catalogue,classification,preservation,circulation,update and maintenance,a complete Human Book organization system can promote the development of Human Library activities and improve the borrowing efficiency and quality.This paper studies the sharing behavior of Human Book group from a new perspective,enriches the research system of Human Library,and provides a reference for the construction of Human Book resources and the development of Human Library in China.
