Information aggregation APPs are products of the wide application of Internet and Web2.0 technology.Information aggregation APPs closely link media to media, media to users, and users to users, and feature multimedia integration and strong interactivity.Based on user experience, this article builds a user satisfaction evaluation index system for information aggregation apps, which has appropriate practical significance in optimizing functions, improving services, and promoting development. The thesis defines the concept of information aggregation APPs,summarizes its service types and characteristics, and reviews the user experience theory, user satisfaction theory and model, and establish the theoretical foundation of the thesis research. On the basis of existing research methods and relevant theories, the influential factors of information aggregation APPs user satisfaction are analyzed.Through user interviews and existing research, this paper selects initial evaluation indicators for information aggregation APPs.Specifically,a reasonable index system construction method is adopted and follows the principles of index system construction. Then through questionnaire survey, factor analysis method is adopted to integrate and screen the initial indicators.Based on this, the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate and determine the weight of each index, forming a complete evaluation index system. To verify the usability and rationality of the constructed evaluation index system. Finally, the paper summarizes the key findings and a case study on ?Toutiao? is carried outwhich gives suggestions to improve user satisfaction of information aggregation apps from the perspective of users and operators and points out the shortcomings of the research and the direction of future improvements.
