MEMS Wafer Fab International Technology Transfer Project Planning And Controlling Study

Semiconductor manufacturing is a highly advanced technology-intensive industry.As the competition between the Chinese market and the global market becomes increasingly fierce,it is necessary to gradually increase the transfer of new technologies and equipment to China to meet the needs of the global market,resulting in a considerable number of foreign countries.A project in which advanced companies transfer technology to domestic enterprises.Multinational company technology transfer projects involve international team collaboration,and need to face and solve cultural differences,time differences and distance differences in different countries;involving production enterprises including raw materials,research and development,trial production,manufacturing,logistics and supply chain,sales and marketing,etc.Each function has a wide range of projects.As a basic subject,project management has a complete set of knowledge systems and theories as well as perfect technical management tools.These theories and tools have important guiding significance for managing multinational technology transfer projects.This paper analyzes the characteristics of MEMS wafer manufacturing technology transfer projects,and uses the relevant project management theory as a guide to flexibly apply the NW MEMS fab technology transfer project,greatly improved the management efficiency of the project and summarizes some management.experience.The main results and contributions of this paper are:(1)The system elaborates the background and basic situation of the MEMS fab technology transfer project,and proposes the technology transfer implementation plan of the MEMS fab for the first time in China;(2)Through the internal and external environment of the project,the main organizational structure of the project has been constructed in detail for the company's existing project management methods and the technology transfer program of the project;(3)Using the project management method to split the work structure of the project,the construction period estimation and the activity sequencing method to establish a detailed network schedule for the project;(4)Establish project control system and project progress tracking and control methods according to the project,and track and control the progress of the project.
