The full-color LED control system is divided into three parts:transmission card,multi-function card and receiving card:(1)Transmission card:the DVI decoding circuit receives the DVI video source of the video card,and the 24-bit red,green and blue data as well as the line field synchronization signal are decoded by TFP401.Module will read and write data decoding the video data caching and software configuration information,read and write data through ping-pong operation,read the cached data by network packet module and data in baotou and CRC check code,via data transceiver module transmission to the network physical layer chip,via gigabit network transmission to the mufti-function card or receiving card.(2)Multi-function card:gigabit parsing and register configuration module calibration and resolution display Settings for the state of the LED screen power supply and fan power information,combined with the sensor of measuring information change or power supply condition,at the same time to calculate the.appropriate brightness adjustment value is inserted into the display Settings package,finally all forwarding packets to gigabit interfaces,transfer to the next level to receive cards.(3)Receiving card:decode and verify the input data of the gigabit network,synchronize it to the local clock domain,forward all data packets to the next level receiving card,convert the intercepted 8bit video data into 16bit PWM data,and store it in the SDRAM cache according to the display setting partition.The data of SDRAM are separated by bit and stored in RAM.Finally,video data and instruction signal are serially input to the LED driver chip for scanning display according to the drive sequence of corresponding chip through the display output module.we decide to use xc6slxl6-2csg324 of sering to realize the function of sending card,and develop it with Vivado15.4 platform.It innovatively adopts the AG10KSDE176 FPGA of domestic AGM company to design reception card and multi-function card,and uses Quartus?+supra platform to develop.Finally.the transmission card can process DVI videc)signal with the highest rcsolution of 1080p,and the network transmission rate reaches 1 Gbit/s.Multi-function card with power control,brightness automatic adjustment,gigabit cascade processing and other functions;The single receiving card can be loaded up to 256×768,the internal output port can be mapped arbitrarily,and the receiving cards can be cascaded and interchangeable.The system can achieve a stable 3840Hz refresh rate on the LED screen.
