In recent years, the landscape lighting industry have been being developed rapidly due to the joinment of the fourth generation of light source-LED, market demand keeps growing, while domestic LED landscape lighting control system technology exists huge differences, and standards are not uniform, much research still can be done. LED landscape lighting control systems on the market are mostly realized with single-chip microcomputer or ARM, the limited control speed and hardware interfaces of single-chip microcomputer and ARM can't meet the full-color, dynamic, changing, remote control effect in the large landscape lighting system. Under the background of such a broad market space and huge research space, in view of the technical deficiencies and effect defects of traditional control methods, a set of implementation scheme is developed for full-color landscape lighting control system based on FPGA.In the paper the function features of LED landscape control system are ananlyzed first, combining with the advantages and disadvantages analysis of different control schemes and technologies on the market, the network control and three layer structure consisted of management host, network node controller, drive and display unit is adopted for overall design scheme, the control technology based on DMX512 lighting transport protocol, NiosⅡembedded processor and uC/OSⅡoperating system is chosen to realize the network node controller, and from the point of full-color LED lighting principle, PWM technology is chosen to control LED.After Establishing the control schemes and development tools, the design and implementation of network node controller is studied detailedly, both from hardware and software aspects. In term of hardware, the DMX512 signal IP core and full-color LED control IP core are designed, and then the hardware design based on SOPC technology is completed to bulid NiosⅡsystem. In NiosⅡintegrated development environment the software appllication program based on uC/OSⅡoperating system and Lwip protocol is developed, and finally downloading and debugging are finished. For the drive and display unit of LED, the signal driving cricuit for full-color LED lamp according to DMX512 protocol is developed, and using full-color LED point lights to construct LED lamp, the decoder, power driving and control circuit are designed accordingly. For the management host, PC management software using C# language is also developed in this paper. A friendly human-machine interface and the function of network communication control are achieved.In the conclusions, the system-level debugging results are described, and summaries and prospects of the overall study are also introduced.
