LED full-color screen has developed rapidly. It has been used for theadvertisement screen in many cities in China. It is more advanced and used abroad.LED screens use hardware such as Flash or EPROM to store the video, or usescomputer in live to transport the real-time video. These methods are hard to control.And the common method uses RGB signal as the video source as the screen must usethis formation, this increases the amount of information a lot and hard to transport.This paper is aimed to provide a new kind of LED full-color screen controlsystem in order to instead of the traditional skill and provide an advanced technologyof our own. The main work is listed below:(1) Using the most advanced video codec of H.264 to compress the video.Reducing the amount of information and increasing the quality of video by the highcompressing rate by H.264.codec.So it can be used in the limited wireless internet.(2) Internet and GPRS (EDGE) wireless technology is used in this project. Theymake the set of the LED more freely. Also reduce the cost of building the system. Thestructure can be easily updated to Ipv6 and the 3G technology in the future.(3) A server for the customer video platform is designed to provide service for fardistance LED display. With the connection of the LED terminals and customers, theone control point to many terminals is realized.(4) The most advanced media technology of Davinci technology provided by TIis used. The Davinci chip of TDS320DM6446 has ARM and DSP dual cores. By theembedded system and DSP video processing technology, the difficulty of H.264 codeand decode via wireless is solved and an advanced system structure is designed.
