The video blog(VLOG)began to appear on China's Internet platform in 2016.With the rapid development in the past two years,this refreshing video content form has opened up a new world in the field of video communication in China.In 2019,with the efforts of all parties in the video blog(VLOG),this new thing quickly occupied the traffic platform in China's online video field,and its content gradually entered and began to affect people's lives,which has evolved into A popular phenomenon that cannot be ignored.Therefore,the research on the phenomenon of China's video blog(VLOG)can not only improve people's overall understanding of this new thing,but also conducive to its long-term development,and also has important practical significance for China's wider Internet video industry.The thesis applies relevant discipline theory from the perspective of communication,and uses literature research,case analysis and other methods to sort out the research results of predecessors in this field,and combines the observation and analysis of representative video blogs(VLOG)in China to find the innovation of the thesis.Starting from the definition of its conceptual characteristics,it sorts out its communication process and comprehensively analyzes its development status.The key point is the in-depth analysis of the cause of the phenomenon and its development dilemma.Based on this,it provides reasonable suggestions for the benign development of China's video blog.The study found that the audience of China's video blog(VLOG)is mostly a youth group.As its influence gradually expands,its dissemination value to the younger generation is also worthy of attention.This thesis focuses on the in-depth analysis of the causes of the formation of the video blog(VLOG)phenomenon in China from the aspects of communicator,platform and audience.This phenomenon has brought new opportunities to the field of network video in China,and it also brings a lot of challenges.At present,China's video blog(VLOG)faces many difficulties in its development,mainly reflected in the dilemma of controlling the diversity of the main body,the unevenness of the content,the diversity of the platform,the Psychological gap and hidden worry of the audience,the interest orientation of the marketing,etc.,Based on the consideration of its overall development,this study starts from the five levels of government policy,media content,platform,audience,and business profit,and proposes the following suggestions were made for the development of China's video blog(VLOG): speeding up localization and professionalism,enhancing innovation and differentiation;creating a platform for integration and promoting industrialization;improving media literacy,using rational thinking;maintaining individualized creation and the rationalized income of the balance of reasonable measures,etc.,in order to maintain its healthy future development in the future.
