Video blog(Vlog)appeared in China in 2016.From 2018 to 2019,Vlog,this video form began to develop rapidly in China,becoming another big hit after short video.This kind of videos are fresh and new.In 2019,with the development of the communication process of video blog(Vlog),this new thing quickly occupied the platform in the field of network video in China.In this paper,using the theory of related disciplines,content analysis is used to observe and analyze the Vlog video works which are representative in China and have a high volume of broadcasting.At the same time,questionnaire is used to investigate the audience of Vlog.It is found that the audience of video blog in China are mostly young people with good education.With the gradual expansion of its influence,This paper analyzes the success of the phenomenon of Vlog popularity in China from the three aspects of broadcaster,communication content and audience interaction.The popularity of Vlog has brought brand-new opportunities to China's online video industry,and it has also brought challenges.At present,China's Vlog is facing many difficulties in the development,mainly reflected in the homogenization of content issues,privacy protection issues,and excessive marketing issues.This study proposes recommendations for the development of China's video blogs from the perspective of content,platform,and audience.
