Three-dimensional printing technology belongs to rapid prototyping technology.It is a technology based on digital files,using bindable materials such as powder metal or plastic to construct objects by printing layer by layer.Fused Deposition Modeling(FDM)technology is the fastest developing and most widely used technology in 3D printing technology.The printer based on FDM technology heated the thermoplastic filamentary material into the melting state in the melting chamber of the printing nozzle,cooled by the extrusion of the nozzle,and made the printing product layer by layer from top to bottom.This kind of printer has the advantages of low cost,short production cycle and adaptability to various working environments.It has become the most widely used 3D printer in the current market.Printing efficiency is an important consideration of FDM technology.Most of the traditional FDM 3D printers have only one printer nozzle.In order to further improve the printing efficiency,some FDM 3D printers with more than two sprinklers began to appear.Most of them were printed by time-sharing alternating working mode.They mainly solved the problem of removing support and realizing multi-color and multi-material printing.The printing efficiency did not really improve.First of all,according to the working principle of the cooperative printing of the double nozzles,the symmetrical double cantilever structure is designed,the important transmission structure of the printer is designed in detail and the three-dimensional model is built,the cantilever structure is analyzed for stress,and the structural rigidity is verified.The modal analysis of the whole body is carried out to ensure the stability of the printer.Secondly,according to the requirements of the dual head collaborative printer control system,mega2560 is used as the core of the printer control system to plan the path of dual head collaborative printing.Based on the control unit,the temperature control module and the motor drive module are modularized and the software system frame is designed.Finally,after the preparation of the experiment.Print two different sets of models under the same working condition.Compared with the 3D printer in the existing market,the large efficiency of collaborative printing with double nozzles can be increased by more than 30%.The FDM type 3D printer designed by this project has more advantages in printing large-scale products,and also provides a certain reference for the development of printing equipment with double or even multiple nozzles in the future.
