| In today's era,high efficiency,rapid,intelligent has become a synonym of this era.For the complexity of machining,the diversity of parts,the periodic development of products,the emergence of 3D printing technology has brought a qualitative leap to science and technology.3D printing technology is commonly known as additive manufacturing technology.Compared with traditional processing methods,3D printing technology stands out with its advantages of short production cycle,one-time forming,high efficiency and so on.The development of FDM technology,as one of the more mature technologies in 3D printing technology,has its own advantages: compared with other printing technologies,it has the characteristics of low cost,simple structure and effect,easy to form,etc.,and has incomparable advantages in the technical development of the industry.Therefore,FDM technology is an inevitable development trend in industrial equipment,metal manufacturing and other industries.At present,with the development of 3D printing technology,domestic equipment is suppressed by foreign equipment in terms of technology and price.The cost of the whole equipment and the maintenance price in the later stage are relatively expensive.Therefore,in view of the immature development of FDM based printers in China,the difficulty in supporting post-processing,and the immature use of FDM based printers for two consumables,the dual head dual material printers are studied.This paper discusses the existing slice format of 3D printer.In view of the existing problems of STL file slicing,using UG secondary development to slice the threedimensional model,the obtained layer information is more complete than STL file slicing,to avoid STL slice data redundancy and other shortcomings.After obtaining the plane profile information of the 3D model,the scanning mode of the existing profile is analyzed.Different scanning modes are adopted for different section features: offset scanning is adopted for simple and symmetrical profile section,and for regular profile in complex profile section,the inner ring is offset outwards and the outer ring is offset inwards,and then the regional scanning is carried out.This composite scanning method can avoid the defect of low forming accuracy of parts.The intersection points of the planned scan line and contour line are compared and sorted,and the path of the planned inner contour line picks up the point coordinate value.A series of path information is programmed according to the acquired point coordinate value,and the path information is transformed into G code recognized by 3D printer.Through the research of the print path of the designed dual material 3D printer,the designed print file is input into the dual material 3D printer for preliminary printing,and the entity model after slicing is printed out to verify the rationality of the design idea. |
