Research On Constraction Of AH Publishing Company Finacial Shared Service Center

With the rapid development of China's market economy and information technology,more and more cross regional,cross industry large-scale enterprise groups have begun to appear,the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.Financial management is the core part of the day-to-day management of enterprises,the growing scale of business enterprise financial management to bring inconvenience,such as high cost,low efficiency,financial management of accounting information quality.In order to realize the scale economy effect and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,financial management mode,more and more enterprises gradually want to search for a new composite demand and thus the Financial Sharing Center model.Abuse of financial sharing can be a very good solution to the traditional decentralized financial management mode in large enterprise groups existing in the management center mode,can reduce the cost,improve the efficiency and quality,so as to improve the market competitiveness of the enterprise purpose.This paper includes six chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,describes the research background and significance,literature review,research ideas and methods.The second chapter introduces the theory of financial management and the theory of Financial Sharing center.Third a brief introduction of the AH publishing group financial overview,and analyzes the status quo of the existing financial management mode is analyzed,found the existing problems in the financial management mode,and puts forward the necessity and feasibility of AH publishing group to build the financial sharing center.The fourth chapter is the design center sharing pattern of AH publishing group financial first,established the overall goal and basic principle,then designs the organizational framework,Financial Sharing Center of the second,on information platform construction and business process reengineering in detail.In the fifth chapter,the author puts forward the specific measures for the effective operation of the Financial Sharing Center of AH publishing group.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,deficiency and Prospect of this paper.The main innovations of this paper are the following two points:one is from the perspective of innovation,this article mainly from the perspective of financial management of the Financial Sharing Center for research,rather than in the past mainly from the perspective of information technology construction of financial shared research center,this article mainly from the construction of organization structure design and business process reengineering to achieve the financial financial sharing center that is not purely the product as the science and technology progress,but that the emergence and development of Financial Shared center has evolved into a new mode of financial management.The two is the innovation of the sample selection,this paper selects AH publishing group as an example,based on the characteristics of the publishing group's business and financial management requirements,the case of Corporate Financial Sharing Center for the study.In the past,the research on financial management of publishing industry is not perfect,and it has not risen to the management mode of Financial Shared service.In addition,the publishing industry as a traditional industry,after have completed restructuring,financial workers work in the traditional financial management mode under the enthusiasm is not high,the work efficiency is low,which seriously is not suitable for the development of the market economy,therefore,to study the financial management mode of publishing industry transformation is imminent.
