The radar system whose task is to search for and locate targets is crucial in the national defense and aerospace field.The servo control system is an integral part to ensure the radar system achieve the target positioning function.The accuracy of the radar system is directly affected by the servo control system,so the servo control system test is an essential task.Moreover,with the increasing demand and function,the testing process is becoming more and more complex.This thesis studies and develops an automatic test equipment for a certain radar servo control system.The equipment is used to test the parameters and performance of the servo control system efficiently and conveniently.This thesis analyzes the development of the automatic test system and the research status of servo testing.Based on the analysis of the test requirements of the servo control system,a modular hardware overall plan and a hierarchical software overall plan are proposed,and a test equipment platform composed of a computer and a measurement and control platform is determined.On the hardware level,according to the technical specifications of the test requirements,the hardware circuit in the measurement and control platform is designed.The control center of the hardware circuit adopts the structure of DSP+FPGA.on this basis,the signal synchronization acquisition module,signal generation module,relay control module and digital tube display module are designed respectively,and the design process and principle are described in detail.The test equipment platform is built with the purchase of important modules and the hardware circuit.On the software level,according to the functional requirements of the equipment,the master computer software based on LabWindows/CVI is designed.The master computer software,used the multi-threaded technology and hierarchical structure,realizes many functions such as human-computer interaction interface,data receiving and processing,and system global control.In order to ensure that the master computer can test the servo control system automatically,the DSP software is designed to analyze the master computer command,refine the test flow and implement specific operations with the FPGA.Finally,the technical indicators of the hardware and the functions of the software are tested.The test results indicate that the equipment fully meets the technical specifications and realizes the automatic test function of parameters such as the angular range,angular velocity state,stable loop drift and frequency characteristics,etc.In addition,the test equipment has good scalability,which could achieve more functions through upgrading hardware or software and logic.
