| This thesis describes the realizable procedure of the software designing which based on the LabWindows/CVI of this automatic test system. Firstly,it introduces the background of the automatic test system and the overview of automatic test system software development technology at home and abroad. And then,it also gives us various kinds of the key technologies used in this system,such as virtual instrument techno logy, DDE,DLL, ActiveX and so on. Considering the demand of this testing system, advancement, practicality and reliability during the software design, we select the software architecture of the test system based on virtual instrument technology.Also,it presents details of the test system hardware components, the overall framework of the software and the software functional design. On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the test requirements,it focuses on the various functional modules of the software design. These software design include:complete real-time data acquisition, storage and display capabilities by using multi-threading technology; control the oscilloscopes, multimeters, counters via the GPIB bus completing the measurement of the high speed noise signal,current, voltage and interface resistance; achieving the connection of database and the preservation, query, delete of the test data by using the ODBC technology and SQL Toolkit;fulfilling the connection and communication with Excel through the ActiveX and DDE; utilizing excelreport library function to complete the report generation and printing features.At last, it discusses the methods using in this ATS and verifies the experimental results.Currently, the system has been stable operating in the production line of a research institute for more than one year The actual operating results show that this software has some advantages,such as friendly interface. simple operation. highly reliability.It is completely in conformity with the requirements of the test system. |
