Design And Implementstion Of OA System Of Senior High School Based On Workflow

With the development of computer and network technology,Office Automation(OA)has been an indispensable part of campus information construction.Office management level has been one of the standards to measure the level of information construction in a school.In order to solve all kinds of tedious and repetitive business problems of the high school teachers and staff,also in order to let teachers and staff run less and data run more,the OA system of Jinling Senior High School in Changxing County based on workflow was designed and implemented.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The research on the both of domestic and foreign status quo of OA system has completed,the business functions of OA system and the demands of workflow management have been analyzed,and the aim of an exhaustive and specific design for OA system,which involves architecture design,functional module design,business logic design,and database design,etc,has also accomplished.Simultaneously,the analysis based on the key modules of the system such as superior document management,outbound approval management,and maintenance declaration management has done as well as the work flow of modules such as superior document management,outbound approval management,maintenance declaration management,etc,for which utilized timing diagrams and flowcharts analysis tools.(2)Activiti is used to implement the OA system workflow engine.In terms of theworkflow core engine problem of OA system,this essay determined to adopt Activiti after dissecting the workflow problems that exist in OA system by which aims to ensure that the entire workflow engine supports thermal deployment and thermal update operations.Intends to facilitate the development and implementation of the entire OA system,it will not implement the unified definition of different business logics of the office system in five stages(starting,suspending,running,terminating and ending)unless through process templates.(3)The workflow-based OA system of Jinling High School in Changxing County was developed and implemented.The development of OA system is completed,which based on demand analysis of the design above,using JAVA language and Mysql database management system.The MVC development mode is adopted to achieve the independence of business and display in order to make the system be provided with more maintainable and expandable.This OA system a series of functions that mainly involves such as employee management,conference management,announcement management,attendance management,superior document management,outbound declaration management,maintenance declaration management,mail management,schedule management and so on.At present,the system has been developed and tested in Jinling High School in Changxing County,and the system is stable.Daily office flow of school and the electronic approval process of various types of business have been standardized,and the work efficiency of school has been improved.
