Research On Personal Information And Privacy Protection In The Context Of Big Data Technology

In recent years,with the popularity of the Internet,domestic big data technology has developed greatly and played a very important role in various fields.In 2015,the State Council issued the “Outline for the Promotion of Big Data Development”,which will accelerate the development of the big data industry and fully play the role of big data to the national strategy.In the context of the construction of the big data industry,the issue of personal information security brought about by big data has become increasingly prominent.Due to the lack of an effective personal information protection system in China,this problem is temporarily difficult to solve.In this context,this paper takes the protection of personal information and privacy as the research object,and comprehensively uses literature analysis,case analysis and other methods to elaborate the status quo and existing problems of personal information protection in the era of big data through six chapters.And countermeasures.Specifically,the first chapter combs the research background and research significance,the related research summary,the paper's roadmap,research methods and innovation points,which lays the foundation of the methodology for this research.The second chapter mainly discusses the theoretical research of personal information protection in the era of big data.Including the development of big data,the characteristics of big data,and the characteristics of personal information protection in the era of big data.It is pointed out that the era of big data should protect the personal information hierarchically,and summarize the two characteristics of personal information protection in the era of big data.In the third chapter,taking the three foreign developed countries and regions of the United States,Europe and Japan as examples,the personal information protection system outside the domain is introduced in detail,and its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.Summarize the experience and provide relevant reference for China.The fourth chapter introduces the problems faced by personal information and protection in the era of big data.By sorting out cases in which personal information has been violated,several major ways of infringement have been summarized.Explain the serious consequences of violations of personal information and privacy.The fifth chapter studies the dilemma of personal information protection in the era of big data.Based on the problems existing in the current information protection system,the causes of the current personal information protection problems are analyzed.They are the imperfection of the legal supervision system,the gradual failure of the traditional privacy protection strategy,the lack of industry self-discipline,the backwardness of information security technology,and the lack of education on security awareness.The sixth chapter elaborates on how to build a domestic personal information and privacy protection system.Based on the consideration of national conditions,we have established a personal information and privacy protection system in China from the aspects of perfecting the legal and regulatory system,improving the level of information security technology,strengthening industry self-discipline,and cultivating people's information security awareness.
