The Research On User Personal Information Protection In China's Mobile Social Network

In the era of information revolution and Web 2.0 technology,mobile devices have become an indispensable part of modern life,especially the emergence of smart phones,subverting people's traditional way of life.The popularity of smart terminals(mobile phones)and mobile social networks(MANS)has greatly increased,they have become the universal media for people to express freely,establish networks,retrieve information and maintain networks with relatives,friends and strangers.While facilitating people's lives,there is a huge information security risk,especially in the collection of personal information in violation of laws and regulations,more and more like a probe hanging above life and life.In the investigation of the status quo of personal information protection of smart phone users,the article finds that more and more daily users use mobile social network APP,which intentionally or unintentionally discloses a large amount of personal data of users.Internet giants such as We Chat,Blog and Taobao in China can know a person's daily life habits very accurately through these Applications such as consumption situation and society.Interaction;Users didn't realize the importance of protecting personal information security when using mobile social networks,and their behavior habits are not prudent,ignoring the threat of social activities information,behavior and hobby prediction information;Users are more tolerant of access rights to mobile APP,and do not realize that the location of mobile phones and contacts will leak personal information;Smart phone terminals especially.The potential vulnerabilities in Android system environment are vulnerable to Trojan horse,virus or malicious program attacks;China's imperfect legislation on personal information protection,resulting in operators wantonly collecting user information and users are difficult to find ways to protect their rights.Therefore,personal information protection has become an increasingly urgent and particularly noteworthy issue in current mobile social networks.Based on the current situation of personal information protectionof mobile intelligent terminal social network users,this paper studies the reasons of personal information leakage from the perspective of users themselves,and gives protection countermeasures.The research work of this thesis has five parts: 1.The domestic and foreign literatures on personal information protection of mobile social networks are studied.Through summarization,the research status and hot issues in related fields are mastered.2.Explain the concepts of social networks,mobile social networks and personal information.3.Starting from the overall social environment,analyzing the threats that mobile social networks(MSNS)pose to personal information is mainly due to the excessive collection and misuse of personal information by operators and the threat of MSNS terminals.4.Through the questionnaire survey,starting from the micro level,the smart phone users are investigated as the research object,and the SPSS software is used for data analysis.According to the survey,the user's awareness of personal information protection is weak and the knowledge of the law is lacking.5.Based on the user's own behavior,this paper analyzes the causes of user's personal information leakage in APP from a macro perspective,including technical,personal and legal perspectives,and analyzes two main ways of personal disclosure at the technical level: location disclosure and The access contact leaked and analyzed its specific case;the legal level lacked the protection of regulations.6.For the reasons of the above analysis,based on the user's own behavior,the technical level,personal behavior habits,awareness level and legal level protection measures are proposed.
