Research On Archives Work Thought Of Pei Tong

Pei Tong is an outstanding archivist in China and an outstanding representative of archivists in China.He has made outstanding contributions to the construction and development of archives in China,leaving a lot of valuable intellectual wealth for the archives circle.In 2018,it coincided with the 100 th anniversary of Pei Tong.On this occasion,he chose the research work of Pei Tong's archives as the research object of the paper,in order to express his admiration for Pei Tong.Pei Tong struggled for the archival cause for a lifetime,and the time spent on archival work spanned the period of the new-democratic revolution,the founding of new China,and the reform and opening up.Whether as an archival officer or an archivist,his ideas faithfully reflect the trajectory of the history of the development of archives in China.It is an important part of the theory of archives work in China and has a high academic value.Therefore,the research on the work of Pei Tong archival work can not only expand the research scope of archives work in China,enrich the content of archival research,increase the attention,inheritance and learning of archives scholars' thoughts on the work of Pei Tong archives,and can obtain from it.Experience and enlightenment will push China's archival work and archives business in a better direction.The thesis is divided into seven chapters: The first chapter is the introduction part,which introduces the research background and significance of this topic,related literature review,research ideas,research methods and innovation points,forming a systematic framework.The second chapter expounds Pei Tong's life,academic achievements and his contribution to the archives work.In the introduction of the life of Pei Tong,taking time as the context,comprehensively analyzing the life of Pei Tong,highlighting the important time nodes and events in the experience of Pei Tong characters,in order to lead the relationship between Pei Tong and archival work,laying a preliminary foundation for follow-up research.The third,fourth,fifth and sixth chapters are the main part of the thesis.They introduce Pei Tong's persistence in observing the thoughts of party leadership in archival work,persisting in the idea of innovative development of archives entity management,persisting in the idea of developing and utilizing archives information resources,and persisting in Archivists participate in the idea of historical research.In these four chapters,Pei Tong's theoryand thoughts on archival work are introduced in detail,and the related academic thoughts of Pei Tong and other two old masters in the “Archives of the Three Olds”—Zeng San and Wu Baokang and other archival research scholars at the same time.Contrast to highlight the ideological characteristics of Pei Tong.The seventh chapter summarizes the characteristics,status and contemporary enlightenment of Pei Tong's archives work thoughts.This part is the excavation and evaluation based on the in-depth study of Pei Tong archives work ideas.It shows the influence of Pei Tong archives work thought from the past to the present,and the positive significance of the development of Chinese archives work and archives.In this paper,the research on the thought content of Pei Tong's archival work is helpful to truly reflect the content,status and value of Peitong's archival work thought by placing the microscopic individual in the macro social and historical background and combining with the method of comparative analysis.To improve the understanding of the development history of archival work in China,and draw the energy and wisdom to promote the development of archival work and archival cause.
