The Research Of Pei Tong's Archives Thought

PeiTong as one of the leaders and pioneers of archives of the People's Republic of China,for our country archives left behind the precious thoughts of wealth,these thoughts is the sublimation of archives work experience and concise,for our archives system laid a solid ideological foundation.In the past,the archival field has been less on the research of the archival thought of pei tong,which is not in accordance with the status of the archives in China.Based on a thorough understanding of the social background at the same time,using literature research,logical analysis and inductive deductive method,archives of PeiTong forty years work experience on to the stage,to find the file node in the development of the ideological change,and summarized its basic content and characteristics of archives thought.Firstly,this paper studies the practical basis of pei tong's archival thought in the context of the development of The Times,and divides the development course of archival thought into three stages:germination,basic formation and comprehensive development.Starting from the early PeiTong in central national contact material finishing work,and complete the three big central file transfer,to study after the founding of new China PeiTong Soviet archives work in the advanced management experience,to the leadership to create our archives system after the reform and opening to the outside world,can be seen from the three stages of PeiTong archives ideas has experienced the transition from fuzzy to clear.Secondly,this paper discusses the development course of pei tong's archives thought and summarizes the basic content and characteristics of its archival thought.PeiTong philosophy,service archives and archives of values are the essence of his archives work career,reflects his files contain in thought of modernity,practical and developmental characteristics.Based on the above research,this paper finally to PeiTong file thought value is evaluated,integrating practical and theoretical thinking and promote the construction of the Chinese archives system,for the archivists in the new period to set up the scientific rigorous research concept,the basic experience and the guiding ideology is worth today's archival undertaking inheritance and reference.
