Research On Interactive Design Of Enterprise Informatization Software Under The Concept Of Sharing

In the past two years,with the development of information technology and mobile Internet,the sharing concept has shown great development potential and development trend.The development of the sharing concept has realized the effective sharing of information resources and improved the user's work efficiency.However,how to achieve high efficiency while optimizing the user's operating experience and enhancing the user's pleasure is an urgent problem and a major challenge in the process of enterprise informationization.Therefore,designing a green,efficient and comfortable enterprise information software is the ultimate goal of this paper.Based on the sharing concept and interaction design theory,this paper takes enterprise information software as the research object,and discusses the development trend of shared concept,pattern analysis and application research,focusing on the analysis of enterprise information software under the concept of sharing.The essence and composition,then through the user interview,user observation and design research methods,explore the user needs of the enterprise information software interaction design under the shared concept,and establish a user model.Secondly,on the basis of investigation and research,it studies and analyzes the three aspects of software function,user cognition and interaction behavior,and summarizes the design factors of enterprise information software.After that,the interactive design elements,design principles and design methods of enterprise information software under the concept of sharing were put forward.Finally,according to the research and analysis of the theory and the application of the principles and methods,the design orientation and design practice of the enterprise information software are carried out from four aspects: system function,implementation mode,interaction selection and interface display.Finally,the feasibility of the design method is verified.The research results of the thesis provide a certain reference for the design of enterprise information software,so as to solve the problems in the enterprise office,not only realize the availability of the software,but also enhance the user experience to a greater extent,and the related enterprise information software.The design provides new design ideas and methods.There are 62 figures,6 tables and 55 references in this project.
