With the development of the Internet and the advancement in hardware technology, the expansion of mobile terminals is speeding up. The smartphone has the same computing capability as PC but a lot more mobile than a PC. In addition to its ability to make and receive cellular phone calls, it is able to browse the Internet, send and receive e-mails, play videos and games through Bluetooth, NFC, Wifi, GPS and sensors. Besides, it enables the tradesman and enterprise staff to take care of the ad-hoc tasks almost anywhere. The existing enterprise management software on smartphones however, is directly transplanted from its correspondence on PC, despite the fact that it may not be consistent with the mobile terminals, thus cause inconvenience for the users.The traditional software developers attach importance to the management mechanism in the development process rather than the part of interactive designing. This complicates the performance of the enterprise management software and makes it even more difficult to command. Under the circumstances, it is impossible for it to improve work efficiency for enterprise staff. Even worse, the situation is unlikely to be improved for the time being because of the lack of feedback from the users.This dissertation summarizes the features of the mobile terminals and analyzes the input and output of the interaction as well as all kinds of operational scenarios. By participating in the development of an Ordering App, the author proposes a. design flow which combines the classic interaction design method and the features of mobile terminals. The user experience is significantly improved through steps of the acquisition and decomposition of users’requirements, establishment of the interaction framework and detail optimization. Finally, based on the development of this software operating on the platform of Android, this paper proposes different design alternatives for interaction design details.
