Design And Implementation Of Tongxiang Health School Volunteer Service Platform Based On WeChat Public Account

In recent years,many secondary vocational schools have organized various kinds of voluntary service and social practice activities to improve students' service consciousness and moral literacy.Among them,the informatization of volunteer service management has very important practical significance.Based on the WeChat Public Account,and due to the fact that the scale of volunteers has increased,the number of service positions has increased,the daily management tasks are heavy,and it is prone to errors,this article uses the MVC architecture,the means of software engineering and relevant practical experience to design and achieve a set of volunteer service platform based on WeChat Public Account of Tongxiang Health School,which is aimed at reducing management pressure,improving work efficiency,serving volunteers and promoting the establishment of long-term work mechanisms for voluntary service.The main work and results of this article are as follows:1.System structure.This system is divided into WeChat public account foreground and background management.The WeChat public account foreground is the interface of this system for volunteers,including four functional modules: the home page,announcement,gifts and mine.It helps to implement the voluntary activities application,viewing announcements,gift exchange,personal information maintenance and other functions.Background management is mainly aimed at the managers of volunteer activities,whose functions are approval of voluntary activities,announcement management and user management.It is divided into five functional modules,they are activity management module,user management module,gift management module,announcement management module and administrator management module.2.Technical architecture.The system adopts the MVC architecture,and is divided into a display layer,a business processing layer and a data persistence layer.The display layer is responsible for the system's human-computer interaction,The business processing layer consists of two parts.On one hand,it is responsible for the distribution of the related services of the display layer,and the other,it encapsulates the data by calling the relevant data of the data persistence layer.The data persistence layer is responsible for data persistence of the whole system.3.The system implementation.After several months of development and design,the "Tongxiang Health School Volunteer Service Platform based on WeChat Public Account" was finally launched at the beginning of the new semester.After it was tested for more than a month,now each function has met the actual requirements for use.The use of the platform has greatly improved the management level and work efficiency of the voluntary service,and the system has been applied well in Tongxiang Health School.
