With the development of mobile Internet and the progress of science and technology,future users will face more and more complex and diverse occasional scenarios.This has spawned a new user classification-occasional user.The information architecture plays an important role in the user's use of interactive terminals to perform tasks.The research of both information architecture and occasional user can be used to adapt to complex and varied scenarios.However,there is no corresponding research to cope with the embarrassing situation that will appear soon.The research is based on this background.In view of the above background and problems.First of all,this paper begins to conduct literature research on occasional users and information architecture from the history,definition,judgment of occasional user,the difference between dimension variables and other user classifications,to the concept,definition,composition,design strategy,usability evaluation,etc.of information architecture.Clear research objectives of the subject-interactive terminal information architecture design for occasional user.Secondly,through experiments,hospital registration is taken as an example to explore the perceptions of occasional user on different information architectures and their performance on different interactive terminals.The experiment also explores wide and narrow,deep and narrow and shallow and narrow hierarchical structures,as well as the impact of various systems of information architecture on occasional user.And what is the role of the information architecture of different interactive terminals for occasional user? After the experiment,it was found that it is necessary to match the appropriate information structure to the occasional user.The hierarchical structure in the organization system,as well as the navigation system,has a large impact on the task completion rate and the error rate of the occasional user.The four systems in the information architecture are comprehensively affecting occasional user.Thirdly,according to the experimental results,this paper adopts the goal-oriented design,using the character model,scene analysis and other methods,combined with the information architecture construction method to propose the interactive terminal information architecture design method for occasional user.Finally,taking the hospital registration as an example,the design practice is carried out with the mini-program as the carrier,and the design method of the proposed design is verified.Through this research,the concept of occasional user was proposed in China,and the design of information structure with a deep impact on occasional user was studied.Combined with the verification of the experiment and the literature research,a set of design methods for the interactive terminal information architecture for occasional user is obtained.This method is mainly divided into these steps: research,occasional user modeling,design requirements of occasional user in the scene,information architecture design strategies for occasional user,and testing.This method is mainly divided into these steps: research,occasional user modeling,design requirements of occasional user in the scene,information architecture design strategies for occasional user,and testing.And the theory combined with practice,taking the hospital registration as an example,for the occasional user to carry out information architecture design.After the experimental test,it was found that it was optimized than the previous information architecture scheme,The validity and feasibility of the interactive terminal information architecture design method for temporary users are confirmed,which provides a reference for future design practice.
