| In recent years,due to the rise of the artificial intelligence era in the Internet industry,the industry has also flourished.The demand for high-tech electronic products has driven the rapid development of the computer industry.China is both a big country in the production of electronic products and a big country in the scrap of electronic products.The weight of steel in computers accounts for more than 50%,and the proportion of copper,aluminum and plastics exceeds 30%.Based on the sustainable supply chain network of the computer industry,this paper proposes the integration of positive/reverse supply chain,and uses the quantitative analysis method,model method,mathematical method and empirical research method to study the sustainable supply chain network design problem in the computer industry.Firstly,it clarifies the research background and significance of this paper,and analyzes the current research status of the current sustainable closed-loop supply chain network at home and abroad,and finds the shortage of the supply chain network model in the computer industry.Starting from practical problems,analyze the characteristics of the computer products and industry characteristics,understand the current management model,industry chain characteristics and supply chain network structure of the industry,and propose the three elements of sustainability-economic,environmental and social analysis and quantification methods.Secondly,based on the characteristics of computer products and the industry chain,the model hypothesis is put forward,the actual problem is established into a mathematical model,and a sustainable supply chain network model oriented with positive/reverse integration is established to minimize cost and environmental impact and maximize society.The multi-objective hybrid programming model with impact as the target introduces the algorithm for multi-objective function solving.Finally,based on the industry background and model,the actual case is substituted into the analysis to obtain the optimal network design and results,and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by the demand bias analysis.This paper aims to regard the supply chain as a complex network structure with positive and negative intersections.Customer-centered,starting from the whole of the supply chain network,establish a planning model with economic,environmental and social benefits as the optimization goal,and according to the computer industry.The actual situation gives each node in the model a positive and negative two-way processing function,to realize the sustainable supply chain of forward/backward integration network optimization. |
